Eating slowly is a good habit. By eating fast you will fill your stomach more than you required

Have a regular meal pattern with frequent interval

Never skip meals and serve food in the smaller plate

Eat wisely and learn to say NO to temptations

Others should not force one to eat

You should have breakfast compulsory

While watching T.V. , talking on the phone , reading always monitor your eating

You should always eat in a sitting down position

Eat always in pleasant atmosphere

Last meal , that is dinner , should be around 8.30 pm

Don’t sleep immediately after taking your meals
